 Fitness, flexibility, well-being and balance with Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa

 Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa, is a set of exercises for the prevention and treatment of pains and stiffness in the Neck, Shoulders, Back and Legs. Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa roughly translates as, health exercises in eighteen forms.

Safe and Achievable

The exercises can be adapted to individual capability, the system is accessible and beneficial to all. Lian Gong also improves flexibility, strengthens posture and benefits the health generally.  It is suitable for people of all ages.The system is ideal for those who are interested in taking responsibility for their own health, fitness and well being.

Three Separate Sets

Originally one set of 18 exercises, the system has now three separate  sets:

Set one, is targeted at maintaining flexibility and joint mobility and helps to prevent aches, pains               and sprains.

Set two, is beneficial for the major joints  Tenosynovitis, Carpal Tunnel, and strengthening the internal organs

Set three, is focused on strengthening the Respiratory and Cardiac functions, and improving    general health and well being.
